Instructions

Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
Fill you the muffin cups 2/3 full with batter.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes that until a toothpick inserted into the centre of a cake comes out clean.
Let the cakes cool in the pan for 5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
