Ingredients

2 Cups of all-purpose flour
1 1/2 Cups of Sugar
3/4 Cup of unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2 Tsp of Baking Powder
1 Tsp of Baking Soda
One 1 Tsp of Salt
1 Cup of Buttermilk
1/2 Cup of Vegetable Oil
2 Large Eggs
2 Tsp of Vanilla extract
1 Cup of Heavy Cream
1 Cup of Semisweet Chocolate Chips
1/4 Cup of Powdered Sugar
Chocolate Shavings and Chocolate Drizzle for Garnish

Cheesecake Factory Chocolate Tower Truffle Cake

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F Grease and Flour three 9 inch round Cake Pans.
In a large mixing Bowl, Whisk together the Flour, Sugar, Cocoa powder, Baking Powder, Baking Soda and Salt.


In a separate bowl, mix together the buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs and vanilla extract.
Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Divide the batter evenly among the three prepared cake pans and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cakes comes out clean. Let the Cakes Cool in the pans for 10 minutes then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.


To make the truffle cream heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it begins to simmer. You remove from heat and add the semisweet Chocolate chips. Stir until the Chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
