Albufera Sauce Recipe – Make it Easy

Chicken or Vegetable Stock:- 1 Cup of
Olive oil :- 1/2 Cup
Garlic minced:- 2 Cloves
Heavy Cream :- 1/4 Cup
Chopped Parsley:- 2 Tbsp
You can add Salt and Pepper according to taste.

Instructions

In a medium saucepan heat the chicken or vegetable stock over medium heat.

In a separate pan heat the olive oil over that medium heat. You add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant about 1 to 2 minutes.

Slowly pour the heated stock into the pan with the olive oil and garlic stirring constantly.

Bring the sauce to a simmer and let it cook for about 5 minutes.

Reduce the heat to low and add the heavy cream stirring constantly.

Season the sauce with salt and pepper according to your taste.

Remove the sauce from the heat and stir in the chopped parsley
